EVS Congress form 2025
The Dutch Association (NVVB) cordially invites you to the 23rd EVS conference in the Netherlands, Rotterdam. This year is a special conference, because the EVS is celebrating it's 25th anniversary.
Program
The conference starts with the arrival on Tuesday, May 6. The committee meetings (general meeting and board meeting) take place on this day. We will also have dinner together in the evening. The regular programs will take place on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 May. You can find the

Location
The conference will be held on the former cruise ship SS Rotterdam. This ship from 1959, in service of the Holland-America line, sailed between the Netherlands and the United States between 1959 and 2000. Since 2008, the SS Rotterdam has been moored in the Maashaven of Rotterdam.
All conference activities, including overnight stays and accommodation, take place on the SS Rotterdam.

Package costs
The participation costs are €850 per person in a single room. This includes:
- Participation in the conference on May 7 and May 8 2025
- Overnight stays from 6 to 7 May and 7 to 8 May 2025
- Breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner on 7 and 8 may 2025
- Evening program on May 7 2025
- Excursion on May 7 2025
Costs of accompanying person
The costs for the accompanying person in a double room are €460. This amount includes:
- Overnight stays from 6 to 7 May and 7 to 8 May 2025 in the room of a participant of the conference (the single room will be rebooked to a double room).
- Breakfast and lunch on 7 and 8 may 2025
- Dinner on May 6 and 7 2025
- Evening program on May 7 2025
- Excursion on May 7 2025
Costs extra night Thursday May 8 to Friday May 9 or Friday May 9 till Saturday May 10
The costs for a possible extension until Friday, May 9 or Saturday May 10, 2025 are € 160 per person in a single room and € 30 for the accompanying person.
Extra participant of the conference. Overnight stay in the same room.
It's also possible to register with two people and sleep in the same room. There will be a total discount of €230.
Excursion and evening event on day 1
On day 1 the excursion will consist of a cruise in the largest port in Europe. In connection with the anniversary year, the evening event on the SS Rotterdam will be given extra cachet and color by the performance of a big band orchestra and a singing group in the style of the Andrews Sisters.
