De tafelsessies bieden de deelnemers de kans om vragen te stellen, maar ook tips te krijgen bij de sessie naar keuze! Meet Young NVVB
Young NVVB focuses on making a connection between the next generation and the future of all the associations in workforce. Labor mobility is one of the biggest challenges for working within associations and governmental organizations. Next to that, it is important to develop and innovate according to the changes in society, developments in the workspace and modernization. With Young NVVB, we research the motivation of young people to work for associations. With this data, we are able to make the connection with freshly graduates and the workspace. Moreover, this will lead to a new network that fits with current changes in this dynamic information society.
Thus, this leads to our main question: how do we make the associations fit for the future and attractive to young talent?
